The Urban Outreach Foundation serves to rescue families and communities by equipping urban pastors, leaders, and churches through providing courses, coaching, and curriculum for growth.

Urban Outreach Foundation is honored to lead TENx10’s Black Leader Cohort pilot, in collaboration with our shared mission to develop spiritually rooted, emotionally healthy, and culturally grounded leaders within the Black church. This resource page supports the participating churches by providing tools, materials, and updates connected to our monthly convenings, spiritual formation coaching, and contextualized discipleship practices.
